Carbine 20 is a broad-spectrum insecticide from Noble Crop Science containing Chlorpyriphos 20% EC. It controls a wide range of harmful insects and soil pests on cotton, paddy, sugarcane, mustard, brinjal, beans, and other field and vegetable crops. The active ingredient works through both contact and stomach action — it blocks an important enzyme in the insect's nervous system, causing quick paralysis and death. Carbine 20 provides a fast knockdown effect on aphids, bollworms, whiteflies, leaf rollers, shoot borers, and termites. The EC (Emulsifiable Concentrate) formulation mixes easily with water and forms a uniform spray that sticks well to the leaves.
Broad-Spectrum: Chlorpyriphos 20% EC is effective against many pests, including aphids, bollworms, and more.
Twin Action: Carbine 20 kills pests through both contact and stomach poisoning, providing effective protection.
Fast Knockdown: Insects stop feeding shortly after contact and die quickly, providing rapid pest relief.
Long-Lasting Effect: This Chlorpyriphos 20% EC formula provides residual protection on leaves and soil for several days.
Soil & Foliar Use: Suitable for both spraying on leaves and drenching the soil for termites and root pests.
Good Tank-Mix: This Chlorpyriphos 20% EC formula mixes well with most common fungicides and water-soluble fertilisers.
Cost-Effective: This Chlorpyriphos 20% EC formula covers a wide range of pests at a low dose, making it a highly economical choice for large farms.
Sucking Pests: Aphids, Whiteflies, Jassids, Leafhoppers
Borers: Shoot and Fruit Borer, Stem Borer, Early Shoot Borer (Sugarcane)
Bollworms: American Bollworm, Spotted Bollworm
Leaf Feeders: Hispa, Leaf Roller, Leaf Folder
Pod Pests: Pod Borer, Black Bug
Soil Pests: Termites, White Grubs, Cutworms, Root Grubs

Measure the correct dose from the table above based on your crop and pest problem.
Pour the required quantity into a bucket containing some clean water and stir well.
Add this mix to the sprayer tank and fill it with the remaining water.
Stir or shake the tank to ensure a uniform mixture.
Spray evenly on both the upper and lower surfaces of the leaves.
For soil pests, mix the dose with sand or soil and broadcast it evenly in the field, followed by light irrigation.
Wash the sprayer, nozzles, and hose with clean water after use.
Spray Carbine 20 in the early morning or late evening when the air is calm, and temperatures are cool. Avoid spraying in the hot afternoon sun or when strong winds are blowing. Do not spray if rainfall is expected within a few hours, as it will wash away the chemical. Apply at the first sign of pest activity for the best results.
Frequency: Apply Chlorpyriphos 20% EC at the first sign of pest activity. A second spray can be done after 10 to 15 days if pest pressure continues. Limit total applications to 2 or 3 sprays per crop season.
Re-Entry: Do not enter the sprayed field for at least 24 hours after application without protective gear.
Tank-Mix: Carbine 20 (Chlorpyriphos 20% EC) is compatible with most common insecticides, fungicides, and water-soluble fertilisers. Do not mix with strongly alkaline products such as Bordeaux mixture or lime sulphur. Always perform a jar test before any new combination.
Wear gloves, a mask, goggles, full sleeves, and boots before opening the bottle.
Do not eat, drink, or smoke during mixing or spraying.
Wash your hands, face, and exposed skin thoroughly with soap and water after work.
Always spray downwind so the mist does not blow onto your face or body.
Keep children, pets, and farm animals away from the treated area until the spray has fully dried.
Highly toxic to bees, fish, and birds — avoid spraying during peak flowering and near ponds, rivers, or fish farms.
Rinse empty bottles three times, puncture them, and dispose of as per local rules.
Store Carbine 20 in its original sealed bottle in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
Keep separate from food, drinking water, animal feed, and seeds.
Always keep out of reach of children, pets, and farm animals.
