NCS F500 is an advanced botanical extract larvicide developed using specialized biotechnology research, formulated from natural organic materials. Once applied, it moves through the plant via translaminar action, disrupting lipid synthesis in larvae and killing them through both ingestion and direct contact.
It is effective against Bollworms, Fruit Borers, Stem Borers, Leaf Miners, and Pod Borers across Cotton, Brinjal, Sugarcane, Tomato, Okra, Groundnut, and other major crops. NCS F500 leaves no harmful residues, is safe for beneficial insects and natural predators, making it ideal for IPM (Integrated Pest Management) programs.
Botanical Larvicide: F500 does not leave harmful residues, making it safe for organic farming.
Translaminar Action: Penetrates leaf tissue and reaches larvae hiding inside stems and fruit cavities.
Preventive and Curative: Works before larvae establish on the crop and also eliminates active infestations already present — complete control from both directions.
Complete Pest Control: Controls pest eggs, young larvae, and fully developed caterpillars in a single spray — no life stage escapes.
Safe for Beneficials: Does not harm honeybees, natural predators, pollinators, or other beneficial insects — ideal for IPM programs.
Resistance Prevention: Botanical mode of action prevents larvae from developing resistance — can be used repeatedly without losing effectiveness, unlike chemical insecticides.
Broad Spectrum: It controls a wide range of larval pests, including Bollworms, Fruit Borers, Stem Borers, Leaf Miners, and Pod Borers across multiple crops.
Wide Crop Coverage: F500 is effective on Cotton, Brinjal, Sugarcane, Tomato, Okra, Groundnut, Potato, Green Gram, Black Gram, and Soybean.
Bollworms: Spotted Bollworm, Pink Bollworm, American Bollworm, Sugarcane Bollworm
Borers: Fruit Borer, Stem Borer, Shoot Borer, Shot Borer
Caterpillars: Spodoptera, Heliothis, Leaf Eating Caterpillar
Other Pests: Brinjal Leaf Miner, Pod Borer
Mix NCS F500 in water before spraying. Apply at the first sign of larval activity or at the early larval stage for fastest and most complete control.
Crop | Target Pest | Dose / Acre | Per 15L Pump |
|---|---|---|---|
Cotton | Spotted Bollworm, Pink Bollworm | 130–150 ml | 10 ml |
Brinjal | Leaf Miner, Fruit and Shoot Borer | 150 ml | 11 ml |
Sugarcane | Bollworm, Shot Borer | 150–180 ml | 11–14 ml |
Groundnut | Bollworm | 130–150 ml | 10 ml |
Okra | Fruit Borer | 120–150 ml | 9–11 ml |
Tomato | Fruit Borer | 120–150 ml | 9–11 ml |
Potato | Fruit and Shoot Borer | 130–150 ml | 10 ml |
Green Gram / Black Gram | Pod Borer | 130–150 ml | 10 ml |
Soybean | Pod Borer | 130–150 ml | 10 ml |
Note: Never exceed the recommended dose.
Measure the required quantity of NCS F500 directly from the bottle using a clean measuring cup.
Add clean water to the sprayer tank up to about halfway and pour in the measured dose.
Fill the remaining volume with clean water and stir gently until completely uniform.
Apply evenly across the entire crop — cover upper and lower leaf surfaces, stems, and fruit surfaces thoroughly.
For hidden borers inside stems and fruits, direct the spray nozzle into plant whorls and growing tips where larvae concentrate.
For soil-dwelling larvae, dilute in the required volume of water and apply as a soil drench around the root zone.
Run clean water through the sprayer after every use to prevent residue buildup inside the tank.
Apply F500 in the early morning or late evening when temperatures are cool. For best results, apply at the early larval stage — young and newly hatched larvae are far more susceptible to botanical larvicides than fully grown caterpillars.
Frequency of Application: Apply F500 botanical extract at the first sign of larval activity. Repeat every 7 to 10 days during active pest pressure. Being a botanical product, it can be applied more frequently than chemical insecticides without risk of crop damage or resistance.
Re-Entry Period: Safe to re-enter treated areas as soon as the spray has completely dried on leaf surfaces.
Compatibility: Works well alongside most bio pesticides and organic inputs. Always confirm compatibility with a jar test before mixing with chemical insecticides or fungicides.
Cover skin and eyes with gloves, goggles, and a nose mask before handling or measuring the product.
Never eat, drink, or smoke during mixing or application.
Wash your hands and all exposed skin thoroughly with soap and water right after finishing.
Keep children, pets, and farm animals away from treated areas until the spray has dried completely.
Store away from food, animal feed, and drinking water at all times.
Rinse empty containers and dispose of them as per local waste guidelines.
Keep NCS F500 in the original sealed container stored in a cool, dry, shaded location away from direct sunlight and heat.
Never store alongside food items, animal feed, seeds, or drinking water.
Store completely out of reach of children and farm animals.
